Hikvision Turbo HD 8MP CCTV Camera with 60m IR, Low Light
- Hikvision Turbo HD Camera
- Hikvision's popular coaxial CCTV range features high-resolution video and advanced picture settings that are usually only possible with IP cameras
- 8-Megapixel Video
- Records 3840x2160 images, for 4 times the subject detail of 1080p. Perfect for recording high traffic scenes such as retail spaces and bars
- Plug-and-Play
- Unlike IP cameras, the HD-TVI video format doesn't need any complex configuration, just plug it into the DVR using standard twist fit BNC cables
- No Playback Delay
- IP cameras can often have a significant delay as the video is processed, making them unsuitable for live monitoring. This does not affect the Turbo HD range
- Low Light
- Can record in conditions as dark as 0.003 lux without needing IR, allowing you to record in full colour later into the evening
- 60m Night Vision
- In completely dark conditions, EXIR LEDs clearly illuminate distant subjects and can adjust to prevent overexposure of objects closer to the lens
- IP67 Housing
- The camera is built into a durable weatherproof housing, allowing use indoors or outdoors
- Advanced Image Controls
- Built-in features include 105dB WDR and Noise Reduction, providing fine control over the image and preserving detail in high contrast scenes
- Wide-Angle Lens
- 2.8mm lens captures everything in a huge 102° field of view in front of the camera
- Smart Detection
- When combined with Hikvision's latest Turbo HD DVR, allows the use of line crossing and intrusion detection. This lets you set up highly customisable triggers and alarms for recording
What's in the box?
- 1x Hikvision 8MP Turbo HD camera
Hikvision's popular Turbo HD range brings outstanding image quality and professional features (previously only possible with IP equipment) to plug-and-play coaxial cameras. This outdoor bullet camera is no exception, with a huge 8MP (3840x2160) resolution, capturing pictures packed with identifiable subject detail. This makes it suited to high traffic areas such as shopping centres, pubs and bars.
The camera's advanced imaging chip also means that it can keep recording right down to 0.003 lux before needing night vision, providing full-colour images much longer into the evening. A 105dB Wide Dynamic Range mode also helps improve performance when monitoring high contrast scenes such as doorways and windows. When paired with Hikvision's latest recorder, you can even configure line crossing and intrusion detection, triggering automated alerts just like Hikvision's IP cameras.
Naturally, the camera's high-grade electronics are protected by an IP67-rated weatherproof housing, allowing use both indoors and out. EXIR illuminators provide 60m night vision range, whilst automatically adjusting so as to not overexpose closer subjects. The 2.8mm lens also provides a 102-degree wide-angle field of view, ensuring everything in front of the camera is captured on video.
